Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes,  unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.

 

If you need cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. 

​

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, we can charge you as a full-service price to book your next appointment.

An appointment can be confirmed with $45 BOOKING FEE per appointment.  

​

The booking fee will be deducted from your service price at the appointment if you change or cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours notice.​

Any no shows can be charged as a full-service price. We require these fees to be paid before your future appointment with us.

LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients are on time for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results.

​

 

While there is no fee for late arrivals, the length of the appointment may be reduced due to time restraints.

​

 

Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the time of the next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

INFILLS

Infill should have been done within 4weeks time and remain at least 40% of the previous extension. 

​

 

​If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons or lash artists.

Aged 16 and under

We require aged 16 and under need parent/Guardian Signature at the appointment.
